Bids 'N 'Bites
Live & Silent Auction
November 15, 2008 - 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
BRING YOUR AUCTION ITEMS TO CHURCH THIS SUNDAY!
Sunday, November 9th, is the last Sunday before the Auction. Please bring your auction items to church. Large items can be stored in Room 4. Certificates and small items can be given to Jenni Sinclair or Rev. Pam. If you cannot bring your items to church this Sunday, please call Jenni or Rev. Pam to make other arrangements.
DONATIONS NEEDED !!
If you have services or items that you can donate to the auction, please let Jenni or Rev. Pam know as soon as possible. We can use as many items as possible.
HELP WANTED FOR "BIDS 'N BITES"
There are a lot of areas in which we still need help. Please e-mail Jenni at jensinclair@hotmail.com or call her at 204-3002 if you can do any of the following:
Donate food for the auction
Set up on Friday, Nov. 14 at 5 PM and Saturday at 10 AM
Clean up on Saturday after the event
Donate food for the auction
Help with food and beverage service during the auction
Help where needed through the auction
TELL YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CO-WORKERS
Attached is a flyer that you can send to all of your friends, family and co-workers. If you have a place where you can hang up notices, please make copies from the attached flyer.
