January Treatment and Meditation Ideas
Here are some ideas for opening up to a really new 'New Year'
   - ask yourself, Is 2004 the year for MORE of my Magnificence to show up?

Wishing each and every one a very Happy ...
N
ew perspectives; a changed perspective about the 'issues' in my life.
Can I change my mind about some limitation I imposed long ago?
E ntering the silence; can I create the  time at least once each day for
   solitude,
meditation, and listening to the 'inner voice'
W atching my words; knowing the power of words, can I remember that what
I talk about multiples, manifests? gently guiding myself to say Spiritual
   Truth, not relative facts?
Y es! Can I say 'yes' to opportunities to expand, to grow, to go beyond my
   limits?
E ase. Can I adopt the attitude that Spirit goes before me to make my way
   easy?
Surrender the notion that things have to be 'difficult' and
   'complicated' for me?
A ccept my good. Can I accept compliments and opportunities gracefully?
   Acknowlege
that my talents and efforts deserve appropriate compensation?
R espond with gratitude. Let me pause to appreciate and express thankfulness
for all gifts, great and small  - a birdsong, a sunset, the loan of a good book, the
help of a friend or a stranger.
